Welcome to Central Broadband’s On-line Payment Center. On-line 24/7 access to your Central Broadband account… One bill for your Internet and Telephone services!

To get started you will need your full 10-digit account number that can be found on your bill and a security code. 

The security code is:

  • 045 plus last 4 digits of Main Landline Telephone number

If you don’t have a landline telephone number with us you will need a temporary security code that you can get by calling our business office at 563-285-9611.

After you have signed up, you can select your personalized User ID and Password.

An email notification will be sent each month when your Ebill statement is available for review; other benefits include:

  • View your current or previous 13 statements online
  • Print or save your statements to your personal computer
  • Review your payment history
  • Pay your bill online (one time) or setup automatic recurring payments

By signing up for the On-line Payment Center, you will no longer receive a monthly paper statement in the mail.
